连日来，充电宝安全事件引发广泛关注。6月26日，民航局发布紧急通知，自6月28日起禁止旅客携带没有 3C标识 、3C标识不清晰、被召回型号或批次的充电宝乘坐境内航班。
此消息一出，“3C认证”成为大家关注和讨论的焦点。
China's civil aviation regulator has announced a ban on power banks that lack valid 3C certification, have unclear 3C labels, or have been subject to product recalls, prohibiting them from being carried on domestic flights as part of efforts to enhance aviation safety.

什么是3C认证？
3C认证，全称为中国强制性产品认证（China Compulsory Certification），英文缩写为CCC。 它是中国政府实施的一种产品合格评定制度，涉及产品包括中国境内销售的电器、电缆、汽车、信息技术产品等20大类数百种产品。
根据国家规定，正规上市的充电宝必须取得3C强制认证。

3C认证从何而来？
首先，产品经过国家级实验室的严格检测。
随后，中国质量认证中心的审核员实地检查，评估其产品质量管理体系是否满足国际通行的ISO9001-2000管理标准。
最终，通过层层考验，产品被授予3C认证标志，在市场上合法销售。
To obtain 3C certification, products must undergo a series of rigorous inspections and tests conducted by national laboratories. Auditors from the China Quality Certification Center also conduct on-site evaluations to ensure manufacturers meet internationally recognized standards such as ISO9001. Only after passing these procedures can a product be legally sold with the 3C mark.
什么样的充电宝可以带上飞机？
自2025年6月28日起，可带上飞机的充电宝要满足以下条件：
① 标识与质量
有清晰3C标识，非被召回型号/批次，且为正规厂家生产、功能完好、参数清晰。

② 容量限制
额定能量≤100Wh，无需航司批准可直接带； 100-160Wh的，经航司批准后可带，每人最多带2个； ＞160Wh的，以及未标明额定能量、无法通过参数算出额定能量的，严禁携带。
③ 携带方式
只能放手提行李或随身携带，严禁托运；飞行中不能用充电宝给电子设备充电，有启动开关的需全程关闭。 注意：新规只针对充电宝，其他锂电池（相机、摄像机、无人机……）仍照旧标准执行。

CE认证、FCC认证你了解吗？
除了3C认证，CE认证和FCC认证分别对应欧洲和美国的产品要求。这些认证标准不同，适用范围也不同。
出国旅行或购物时，大家要注意产品上的认证标识。

▌3C认证
中国强制性产品认证 (China Compulsory Certification) 3C认证产品只在中国市场适用，包括电线电缆、家用电器、汽车轮胎、音视频设备等产品。
▌CE认证
欧洲统一 (Conformite Europeenne) CE认证是欧盟的强制性认证，产品在欧盟各成员国销售，范围涵盖电子电气产品、机械产品、医疗器械等几乎所有工业产品。
▌FCC认证
美国联邦通信委员会 (Federal Communications Commission) FCC认证产品只在美国适用，主要针对工作频率大于或等于9KHz的电子产品，如无线电通信设备、电脑、手机等。
